What equation would you use to determine ΔG for the following reaction?

2H₂O_(l) --> 2H_2(g) + O_2(g) at 45°C

There are two equations for Gibbs Free Energy, one can be used at any temperature and the other can only be used when temperature is 298K (25°C).
