Salinity is an important aspect of all marine animals. Each one deals with monitoring in its own way so it can survive in this ecosystem.

Unlike some seabirds, seagulls have very strong legs and good balance, which makes them equally comfortable walking about as they are flying or swimming in water. Seagulls have light, strong beaks which make it possible to quickly pick up food and crack open any barriers (such as a shell) to a meal.
