• We will learn what happened at a molecular level during the ester synthesis lab.

• We will learn how to predict the product of a reaction between an alcohol and a carboxylic acid.

• We will learn what a chemical reaction is, and identify the parts of one including a catalyst.

• We will learn how to write a conclusion for a lab.

Closing Task:

You can write a conclusion to evaluate the results of the lab and relate concepts to real world.
